Questions about the roadmap.

Why this order? Why not ship customer-facing AI first?

Retrofitting controls onto a live system means asking already-busy teams to rewrite working code while the system keeps running. Governance built up front sets the controls schema (use-case register, data classification, audit log) that every later component plugs into. Built afterwards, it is reconstruction work under enforcement pressure. We sequence in the order regulators prefer.

How long does each phase take?

Phase 1 (governance) and Phase 2 (knowledge foundation) ran across 2026. Phase 3 (Veetso Brain deployment) runs across 2026–2027. Phase 4 (operational and management AI) is scheduled for 2027. Phase 5 (customer product AI) is reserved for 2027–2028. Each phase is a precondition for the next.

Can I see what is in production today?

Internal knowledge intelligence for the compliance team is in alpha. AI-assisted KYC file review is scheduled for beta in Q3 2026. Customer-facing surfaces are reserved for 2027. Talk to us if you want a current-state walkthrough under NDA.

What happens when the roadmap changes?

We re-publish. Material changes (new phase, scope reduction, timeline shift) are dated in the page footer. The audit log records the change and the steering committee's rationale. Customers and partners are notified through the channel we already use to contact them.
