We hire selectively.
We open a role when there is a specific scope a single person owns. We do not run open-ended pipelines, and we do not collect CVs against generic categories. If a role is not posted below, it is not open.
Veetso is operated by VEETSO LIMITED, a UK company headquartered in London with a distributed team in Toronto, San Francisco, and Amsterdam. We hire when there is a role with a written scope and a named hiring manager. The rest of the time, the page below is accurate.
We post roles here the day they open and remove them the day they close. If you would like to be considered when a role matching your background appears, send a short note to careers@veetso.com. Tell us what work you want to do; we file the note against the city and the discipline.

Every role has a written scope of work, a named hiring manager, and a target start date before it appears here. That document is what we use to evaluate candidates, and it is what the successful candidate uses to evaluate us.
We hire people who can read a hard problem, reach a defensible position on it, and execute. Credentials are accepted as evidence, not as a substitute. The interview process is built around real work, not whiteboard puzzles.
Compensation bands are anchored to the local senior-engineer market for the city the role is in. No global flatten, no take-it-or-leave-it. The band is shared with you before the first conversation.
We aim to give you a yes or a no within two to three weeks of your first note. Faster if both sides are decisive.
Send a note.
Write to careers@veetso.com. A short paragraph on why you are interested in this role specifically, with a CV or a link to your work. We read every note that names the role.
First call.
A 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager about the role, the work, and your background. By the end of this call you should know whether you want to continue; we will tell you whether we do.
Real-work session.
A scoped exercise drawn from the work you would do in the role. We pay for time on this exercise. The output is reviewed by the hiring manager and one other person on the team.
Final conversations.
Two to three conversations covering the rest of the team you would work with, the wider operating context, and any open questions on either side. References taken in parallel.
Offer.
Offers are made verbally first, with the written terms following within one working day. We are happy to discuss the offer; we do not negotiate to a number we already had in mind.
Name the role if you are applying to a posted role, or describe the work you want to do if you are introducing yourself. We read every note. We reply within one working week.
